Hi, I’m Vic Coello

Woman with light skin, dark brown hair in a ponytail, smiling, wearing a white sports bra and cream-colored pants, standing against a plain background.

Wellbeing practitioner, system-thinker, and coach. I blend Aryu-Yoga, conscious movement, and systemic coaching to help individuals and teams gain clarity, regulate their nervous system, and build more balanced lives.

Raised in Spain and shaped by years living in Austria and the Netherlands, I bring a multicultural lens to how people move, think, and connect. My approach integrates body-based practices with behavioral insights, drawing from my background in experience design and digital innovation. I offer private sessions, mentoring, and wellbeing programs for individuals seeking calm, focus, and sustainable growth.

Before UNFOLD, I co-founded BNOLESS, a women-led holistic health community focused on science-based wellbeing education.

Why I created UNFOLD?

UNFOLD was born from a personal need and a clear gap I saw in the wellbeing space. After years in demanding corporate environments and navigating my own experiences with burnout and self-inquiry, I realized how hard it is to find someone who could help me. It was hard to feel grounded, balanced, and science-informed support that avoids extremes.

I created UNFOLD because people don’t need more pressure to “optimize”. We need space. Space to understand themselves, regulate their bodies, and make decisions from clarity rather than overwhelm.

UNFOLD brings together the practices that supported my own journey: Aryu-Yoga, conscious movement, systemic coaching, and practical lifestyle tools. It offers a grounded, human, and accessible approach to wellbeing that respects each person’s pace and lived experience.

  • We aim to hold space. The rest will be what you allow yourself to experience

    UNFOLD

  • We constantly say, life is a journey, but we are only focused on the results forgetting about the journey.

  • The journey is also about the pain, the discomfort, the learnings from the happenings, and the time that requires understanding your own feelings and emotions.
