1:1 Coaching

Personalized support to help you understand your patterns, energy, and needs. Every process begins with an initial assessment to identify what’s most supportive for you — including recommendations to trusted collaborators if needed. Sessions blend coaching tools, emotional awareness, and Ayurveda lifestyle guidance to bring clarity, balance, and direction.

Private classes

Tailored yoga and somatic practices designed to regulate your nervous system and reconnect you with your body. Each class adapts to your energy, goals, and constitution, integrating movement, breath, and Ayurvedic principles for grounded well-being. Expect meditation, breathing exercises and movement in the classes.

Group events

Sessions combining movement, reflection, and community. These gatherings help you understand your nervous system, reconnect, and explore perspectives through shared experiences and accessible holistic practices. Expect movement, sound-healing sessions and experts in the different practices.
